Bryce Bryan III - Owner - General Manager
In 2003, Bryce began his plumbing career in new construction and quickly moved into Service. In 2005, Bryce joined us as a Service Technician. In 2006, Bryce completed the Delaware Plumbing Apprenticeship program and received his Journeymen’s. In 2006, Bryce was promoted to Plumbing Service Manager. In 2008, he had became a Master Plumber in Delaware. In 2009, he became a Master Plumber in Maryland and became our Director of Services for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. He now is an Owner/General Manager of our Benjamin Franklin and One Hour Franchises.
G.L. Mitchell - Service Manager
HVAC Service Manager / Service Technician - G.L. began his HVAC career in 1999 as a HVAC installer. He moved into service in 2000 as a helper and quickly advance to a technician. He obtain his Master HVACR license in 2006 and started his own business. He joined us in 2008 as a HVAC Service Manager and continues that job today.
John Midgett - Technician
HVAC Service Technician - John started of his career as a plumber in 2006. He started going to Delaware Tech College in 2007 to obtain his associates degree in HVAC. He was student of the year in 2008-2009 and made the Deans list. John joined us in 2009 as a HVAC Service Technician and is EPA certified. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar and listen to music.
Kurt Jefferson - Technician
HVAC Service Technician - Kurt Graduated from (UTI) Universal Technical Trade school for HVAC in 1997 and was hired as a HVAC technician and was promoted to manager a year later. In 2004 - 2005 Kurt owned his own business. Kurt joined us in 2009 as a Service Technician. Kurt is happily married and enjoys fishing and motor cross.
Nathan Sens - Administrative Manager
In 2003, Nathan graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In 2005, Nathan left his job at Automated Regional Information Systems to join our team as the Network Administrator and IT problem solver. By 2006, Nathan had expanded the company network to a central location with two satellite offices and a remotely accessible terminal server. Nathan continues to provide IT support to the local office personnel and remotely connected field technicians, in addition to, managing the accounting systems for our Benjamin Franklin and One Hour enterprises.
Paul Sens - Owner
In 1979, Paul began his Plumbing career starting off in Commercial New Construction and quickly moved into Commercial HVAC New Construction. In 2004 Paul expanded his company to include Plumbing and HVAC Service. He has continued to stay in step with the evolving and exciting new energy management technologies that are offered in his field of work. He now acts as Company Manager as he provides business guidance in our Benjamin Franklin and One Hour enterprises.
