Aaron Childress is the GM here at One Hour Houston and is a 3rd generation “A/C man.” He is proud to say that his dad, grandfather uncle and three cousins have been in the HVAC industry. Aaron has been a part of the Houston community for 38 years. Before working for One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, he ran his family-owned HVAC company. It gives him great satisfaction to see his team working together to help their customers in their time of need. His favorite thing about his job is the willingness of his team to be the best for customers, while helping others succeed in their career. Aaron has a beautiful wife, Cheree, and two boys, Corbin and Kayden.
Ursula White started in the HVAC industry fresh out of college, after graduating from Prairie View A&M University in 2001. Ursula’s favorite part of her job is being able to help her customers solve their HVAC issues. She feels like her fellow employees are family, that their collaboration goes a long way to making every day rewarding. Ursula has lived in Houston for over 15 years and has multiple family members in the HVAC industry. In her spare time, Ursula loves to play the saxophone, play sports, travel and spend time with her kids.
Bill Saillant is a first-generation HVAC expert who has worked at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for over 49 years. Bill started his career in air conditioning and heating services after graduating from technical high school, and he has been a part of the HVAC industry ever since. One of Bill’s favorite things about his job is helping his customers. He is also passionate about working with his One Hour team. Bill’s success story resonates with many young people who feel college is out of reach or not the right fit for them. Technical high school helped pave the way for Bill’s future and can be a great option for many people interested in starting a new career.
Jimmy Sanchez is our Operations Manager in Houston. He started his HVAC career with One Hour after retiring from the U. S. Marine Corps with 28 years of active service in 2016. Jimmy is an avid supporter of military events and now leads the military recruiting efforts and the One Hour Honors Veteran chapter. A Veteran program with a purpose to lead and inspire action toward honoring and helping US Veterans, military members , and their families. He makes the welfare of his employees his top priority. His favorite part about his job is seeing his employees reach their professional and personal goals as well as communicating how they can meet or exceed their customers’ goals and expectations. He feels his team has passion and is committed to ensuring outstanding customer service. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with his family.
Joseph Jones is the Install Manager at One Hour Houston. He has been in the industry for over 30 years, a career that began after helping a tech on a job sparked his interest in the industry. Joseph has been at One Hour for over 22 years and has lived Houston for over 40 years. He is a people person, family oriented and loves the life he lives. To him, the best part about his job is the collaboration he has with his team and making his customers happy. It brings Joseph great joy to collaborate with his team
Lloyd Spencer is a first-generation HVAC employee. He started his career in Chicago and later found himself in Houston, where he has been helping One Hour customers for over 10 years. Lloyd’s favorite part of his job is helping others. It makes him happy when he is able to work with his hands and improve the lives of his customers. He feels like his team operates as a family. Lloyd enjoys talking with people, helping others, being outdoors, and spending time with his grandkids.
Bernie joined One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating in 2018 after a 15-year career in Sales and Sales Management in the Banking Industry. He was born and raised in Houston, TX and joined the US Navy right after High School where he was fortunate to see much of the globe in the 4 years of service. Bernie went to Houston Community College and the University of Houston where he majored in Communications.
Bernie Considers himself as a Houston sports fanatic and enjoys exploring all the different restaurants and social events that Houston has to offer.
