The HVAC industry is a $57.8 Billion industry alone, yet only 9% of technicians are women. One Hour Heating &Air Conditioning wants to change that statistic. We are a part of the Diversity Fran Program that gives $5,000 off the initial franchise fee to any woman that wants to own our franchise.
