Cullins One Hour has great customer service and takes the time to make sure their customers make informed decisions. I briefly switched to another company for annual maintenance and they said I need a very expensive new part for my 10 year old furnace, and then tried to sell me a new one. I got a second opinion from Cullins, and not only did they come after normal business hours, they said I did not need to replace the part after all. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why, and ensured my complete understanding. I highly recommend them.
