"My air conditioner stopped working 3 days ago. Iv had three different quotes. Landon M came in and explained everything that was wrong with the system. He looked over the competitors quotes and saved me time and money explaining what was unnecessary. I was so glad to pay the $134 service call when he told me I could sign up for their service package at $20 a month and they would waive the service call. Amazing such a gentlemen."

"I can't say the service was poor but I can say the solution is not necessarily agreeable. I don't think that it's a wise choice to keep cutting the drain line shorter without having a better way to protect it from the cold. This option proved a very temporary fix."

"We are Advantage Club Members and we had to call them on Monday October 30th because one of our heaters wouldn't light. They told us that they were already booked solid all morning, but because of us being Advantage Club Members that we would move ahead of anyone in the afternoon. Well at about 5:30 p.m. I told my husband that I guessed they couldn't get to us today. At 7:40 p.m. I got a phone call from Landon saying he was on his way and would be here in about 15 minutes. I told him I thought they were done for the day, and he said oh no, I've just been slammed today and this is the earliest I could get here. He was here until almost 10 p.m. and still had another call to go on. I CALL THAT DEDICATION!! LANDON WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!! THANK YOU LANDON!!!"

"This young man asked certain questions that we answered, but because we are not experts in the field of heat and air. We had used this company a couple of years ago and were always happy. We installed a new heat pump and etc. Come to find out that the installer did not wire it correctly, which has cost us on our power bill big time. Never the less, because of his expertise the problem was corrected and now we have heat. Blessings to your company once again. He should get a raise."

"Mister Sparky's David Stephens and his coworker did an excellent job replacing our ceiling fan and light kit. Plus they showed us extra features and cleaned up after they where done. We're very happy!"
