Tim Bartman is the owner and has been involved in the business for 33 years. He is very community oriented, belonging to various organizations and sponsoring youth sports teams. In 2006 he, along with the rest of the team, received the Transformation award for most improved company from a group of over 200 companies.
Bob Bartman - Technician
Bob Bartman is one of the brothers. Bob is the instalation specialist and has installed more than 2,000 systems. Bob is also qualified to make all repairs to systems in need. He takes great pride in the quality of his work, and refuses to take short cuts that would affect the performance of a clients system. Bob is married and has 1 son and 1 daughter. They reside in Monongahela.
Ian Gregory - Technician
Ian Gregory although not one of the brothers, you would think he was. Ian has over 5000 houres of experience in installing and servicing hvac systems. He is a tec school graduate and attends many advanced training classes so that he can work toward being one of the best. It is rare to find young men with his great work ethics. Ina is single and lives in Belle Vernon.
Sam Gruzs - Technician
Sam Gruzs started his career in Baltimore. In 1993 Sam joined our team. Sam is a full time plumber who assist on heating instalations with piping ang gas line work. The job he likes most is installing heating boilers. Soldering pipes is right up this plumbers alley. Sam is married,has 1 son and 1 daughter. They reside in Monongahela
Ron Bartman - Technician
Ron Bartman is one of 3 brothers that works for Bartman's One Hour, thus the family style atmosphere. Ron has over a quarter of a century of servicing heating and air conditioning systems. He has received NATE certification placing him with the elite technicians around. Ron is married and has 1 son and 3 daughters. He resides in Finleyville and attends ST.Francisof Assisi Church.

Bartman's One Hour no stranger to late-night calls
Around the clock service means the telephone often rings at strange hours. But, after 33 years running his Monongahela business, Tim Bartman knows there will be times when a customers call will awaken him. "That's part of the job", he said. "I don't like going out at 3 o'clock in the morning when it's zero outside, but that's what we tell people, to give us a call and we'll take care of it". "When most people call at 11 or midnight, they are expecting an answering machine and be put on a list for tomorrow. What suprises them is that they usually get somebody," he said. I've got 5 or 6 phone lines that ring to my cell phone at night. "I don't use an answering service. That's not good enough. We stand for a higher quality here."
The regular customers are entitled to the Bartman level of "preferential treatment" the boss said. "We have club members that pay a certain fee every month depending on which level of service they want," he said. "Those are people that are guaranteed that we will come out. "People that we install equipment for, we guarantee we wlll come out," Bartman said. "But, I'm not just an open phone book for people that can't find their regular guy and call me at 1 o'clock in the morning and want something fixed. "We'll do what ever we need to do for our customers that deal with us." Bartman said most after hours calls are either emergencies or someone who needs service promptly.
"The big thing is a plumbing disaster when people call. If they have no heat, unless it's zero degrees outside, most people don't even call," he said. "When people have no heat, more often than not, they'll wait until morning. All they want is their name on a list that someone will be out there first thing in the morning." Bartman has a staff of technicians that rotate weekly on-call shifts outside of the work day. Bartman doesn't go out on calls as much as he use to."I think I earned it. For 25 years, I did it all," he said.
