Maureen Raucci is One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning's Call Center Manager and will be able to assist you with any of your heating and air conditioning needs. Maureen loves to communicate with customers firsthand and helps them schedule a technician so their problems can be resolved as quickly as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys watching women’s basketballs, loves to cook, spend time with her family and is a huge New York Rangers Hockey Fan. If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask her any questions, he is always willing to help in anyway.

Jimmy Rosario is One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning's Service Technician and will be arriving to assist you with any of your heating and air-conditioning needs. Jimmy has been in the field for over 10 years, and is an expert in domestic and Drain Waste Vent heating systems. Jimmy enjoys reading, camping, biking, fishing and hiking in his free time. He is also a passionate Giants Fans and enjoys doing mechanical work with his car. Please feel free to ask him any questions, he is always willing to help out in anyway.

Josefin Cuji is One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning’s Dispatcher and will be able to assist you with any of your heating and air conditioning needs. Josefin is very helpful and loves to create a welcoming environment for all our clients and coworkers. She is a very good listener and is always curious to know more about your problems to help you book appointments with our technicians. She loves gardening with her aunt in the summer, BBQs, sit down to drink tea while she reads a good work and spend time with her family.

Carmen Morocho is One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning's dispatcher and will be able to assist you with any of your heating and air-conditioning needs. Carmen has been in the construction industry for more then 10 years allowing her to understand complex issues, take action, and drive results. Friendly and family oriented person that loves to spend her free time with her loved ones watching movies or enjoying a nice family BBQ. She will be looking forward to assist you step by step to get your problem solved

Teak Giustino is One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning's Dispatcher and will be able to assist you with any of your heating and air conditioning needs. Teak is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in customer service and management. Born and raised in Westchester County, she takes much pride in helping her fellow community neighbors however she can respectfully and honestly. During her free time she enjoys painting, photography and hiking.

Claudio comes from a blue-collar background, learning the trades through years of on-the-job experience while putting himself through community college. Claudio values his Dominican Republic family heritage, his faith, and his customers.
