"I was pretty skeptical of all the positive reviews I’ve seen. But I have to come clean, by far the best experience I’ve had as a first time home owner. My fiancé and I came home from work with our upstairs at 85°, down stairs at 80° and two panting pups. I called out to several places in the surrounding area. These were the only people able to help me not day of, THE NIGHT of my AC going out. It’s 11:45pm and Justin just left my house with the air conditioning blowing colder than it was when we bought the place!! Excellent service. Beyond knowledgeable. The original tech couldn’t get out to my house and he went out of his way to come out to my place to ensure we were taken care of. It’s not if, but WHEN more problems arrive in the future, these are the folks I’m calling to get the job done. They came to my house at 11:00 at night and fixed my A/C. What else do you need to know? The prices are more than fair. Straight forward. They aren’t pushy. I bought a service plan because it’s the same cost as all the stuff you’d buy to do it yourself. And they come out twice a year to check everything. And you get discounts on a bunch of services when you’re on the service plan. Call them. Get your system fixed. Stop Stressing Get some sleep. They got you. 🤌🏾🤌🏾"

"Jake Kitchens was a great tech and a great guy! He was honest, straightforward, and transparent with me during his visit! He also gave me all the options for repairs and maintenance, as well as, tips to keep my unit running efficiently! He did everything he could to ensure that my repair was affordable! I am a relatively new homeowner so it's nice to now have a regular HVAC company!"

"Called in the evening, Jack came out the next morning around 9 am. I thought my unit would be a simple fix but he explained all the risk and expense of repairing my old unit (iced over in the winter and the fan tore up all the pipes, way more than i had initially seen). It was about $1k cheaper to fix the old one, but I decided to go with the new heat pump anyways. Jack came back the same afternoon and installed the new unit and WOW a new unit makes you realize how terrible your old one was. I've never felt air this cold come out of these vents since I've been at this house. Money well spent."
