"I really appreciate the expertise and kindness shown by our tech Michael. We really loved the work done. Quick and efficient with tips of what to do and how to fix certain things. Unfortunately the special didn't cover our Sealed inside coil but we got the outside cleaned and the system checked! I really did not like when we called dispatch we weren't told the huge difference in how much it would cost to clean a sealed inside coil unit and that it wasn't included in the special deal they were doing. I'm glad our tech cleared this up immediately with us and truly appreciate him working for the company to right those wrongs and do a fantastic job."

"Josh was great. He came at 7:30 pm on a Friday and got my A/C up and running again quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and explained several options for my unit and house before he left, without pushing anything on me. He was thorough when checking out the unit and was able to give me a heads up on some components that were aging, giving me time to plan on replacement but not trying to push anything on me. I really appreciated the work and knowledge Josh brought with him!"

"Michael arrived at our home promptly as promised. He is incredibly polite and treated our home with respect. We discussed our problems we were having and he got started right away. We was very thorough and explained what the problem was and gave us the breakdown. He even checked to see if the part was still under the original warranty and we were blessed that it was. He got everything in order and picked up the part and was back in no time to do the installation. We are so pleased with our experience and wish that all repair reps were like him.
