"Since I had One Hour at my previous home wound up calling them for an AC tune up. First their phone rep, Anna, was fantastic in getting my appointment set up and answering all questions. The following day, Jorge came out and did a tremendous job. Was at my home for close to two hours and performed what I believed to be the most thorough check up EVER. Took numerous pictures of everything from ducts to wires and rusted coils. Pointed out areas of concern and offered solutions along with associated prices. He even traced and labeled every one of my AC units with what area in my home it serves which was very helpful. Jorge has a great personality, work ethic and is professional in his duties. Would highly recommend Jorge and One Hour for any heating and cooling needs. Great having One Hour back again at my new home!"

"Aidan was amazing! He was very polite and professional. He explained the issue that he found and what the fix entailed so that I was well informed. He showed me pictures of my furnace in the attic and explained what we need to keep an eye out for, regarding debris. I was very pleased with his service."

"My first time working with One Hour . The same day I called to get a second opinion on a soft start starter for my AC Jorge was at my house that evening. He was very professional, honest, efficient and gave me pricing that was over half the price in savings than I was quoted by another AC Company. One hour had ALL the parts in the truck and in as little as 75 minutes my new addition was added along with additional maintenance. Jorge took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. He followed up with a complete receipt of the service completed and total. I will definitely be asking for Jorge to come back when it is time to tune up my heater in the fall/ winter. Thank you Jorge!!!"

"Great service and fast response. We called on a Sunday as soon as we realized our AC wasn’t working and technician Demian was assigned to our work order. He showed up within the the time range promised, he was extremely professional and transparent with everything he needed to do. He fixed the issue timely and our unit is back and running again."

"Tony was great at letting me know what was wrong with my A/C unit and with pricing. He came right on time, very professional. BJ Mamaia was amazing. Very professional and my AC unit looks great and works even better. They did an amazing job. Edgar is also a great employee, he came over and told me about maintaining my A/C unit so it lasts me longer."
