"Today,horrible.The company installed my brand new water heater 06/22.Company promise me if a leakage that they would correct the problem.Ok guys the leakage did occur.08/31/22.I,called the office over 8to12 times.No avail09/01/22.I even called the owner and did not respond to one single call.Just to think that I gave 1hr.Heating&Air 5 stars.They had no problem in accepting my money.Now,I have to take this company to court.I do not want the owner's money.What ever I retrieved from this matter will go to children's hospitals and not my pocket.Find another heating&air company that beleives& take care of their customers.09/01/22 GOD SPEED!!!!!!!!!!"
