"Michael showed up right on time and did a great job I appreciate his professionalism and the way he explained everything and the job he did for us thank you Michael. I called 1 hour heating and air today to let him know that I wasn't going to be able to be here because I had to go have a CAT scan on my lungs and they said that the part wasn't going to be here until Friday anyway and Michael said that he was going to come out here and put some free on in it so that my AC would run until Friday and keep me cool that's What I Call service even though the part wasn't going to be here he was going to come out here and pass it up so that I would stay cool anyway that service and that's caring about somebody that's caring about your customers and I appreciate that kind of service and I really appreciate Michael going out of his way to do so to do that thank you Michael I really appreciate it. Greg Pratt Michael did a good job he found the leak and next he's coming out to put a new a frame in it and repair everything he is very prompt and does what he says he's going to do thank you Michael we appreciate it."

"One Hour Heating & Air did a bang up job. I am a huge stickler for quality and I was going behind them checking their work, questing their sizing, and was basically thoroughly impressed with their work. All the refrigerant lines were brazed with exceptional quality. The duct work was run, sealed and connected with exceptional quality. It does not matter how good the HVAC unit is if it is not installed well. These guys did it well, and the performance shows."
