5/16 Update: The owner has made things right!! Got a call from the office staff and a few days later the guys came out to fix the problem. Since then the problem has been rectified and the rooms are now cooling normally and evenly with the upstairs. Thank you for making this right. I hate I was lied to about getting new duct work (then argued by the sales guy when the initial installers showed up and said they didn’t have new ducting on their job). I let that go but I think installation techs should be on quoting jobs with the sales reps so there’s honest communication between all parties. The techs who come out are great at their jobs and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly they are honest about what they are doing and transparent about what needs/needed to be done. Once again, thank you for making this right!! 5/2 Update: STILL NOT A SINGLE CALL/EMAIL FROM MANAGEMENT OR OWNERSHIP. HIGHLY REGRET USING THIS COMPANY. $30k later and here come the summer months, already becoming a battle to keep the 2 rooms cool. Original post: I hate writing negative reviews but I’m at a breaking point it this company… We replaced our single AC unit home and turned it into dual Ac units. (One for upstairs, one for downstairs). We were quoted and paid about $30,000 for this to be done. The whole reason we got it done is the temperature upstairs in the summer was simply too hot with 2 rooms struggling to stay comfortable. We were told all of the ducting was good so no need to replace but they would reconfigure the ducting and distribution to ensure proper flow to the 2 rooms. Immediately after install, I notice there is no difference in the air being pushed to these 2 rooms. I call, tech comes out says “yeah they didn’t change the distribution box configuration, I’ll talk with management to make this right” Fast forward 6 months later I had still not received a call. So I call the office (lady was really nice, admitted it slipped thru the cracks and will get someone out). Same guy who did the initial install comes out and confirms what the other tech said.. makes a call .. THEN SAYS IT’S GOING TO COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $1500 to do a job that should ALREADY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED PROPERLY.. Absolutely ridiculous!! We paid hard earned money (and a lot of it) to fix a problem that didn’t even get done correctly then was told to pretty much pay up more money and now we will do it right… I hope this gets seen and worked out the correct way by management. I’m still in disbelief…
I was very impressed with the workmanship and the knowledge of the service that was provided to me!!! I signed up for the monthly program. I was also pleased with the honesty of the technician. I will use One Hour again.
