He was prompt, courteous, and highly communicative about all aspects of his inspection, and thoroughly inspected both units above and beyond what any previous technician has ever done. He also pointed out some long-overlooked recommendations, namely installing surge protectors on the units since they are more electronically complex and sensitive than most other models, and showed photos clearly demonstrating what he had done and the conditions of the units inside and out.
