I really appreciate the service of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, both in scheduling and technical repair. Our A/C went out on our condo on Saturday night, during the hottest weekend of the year. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning answered my call Sunday morning. You are connected with a real person, not an AI operator, which I really appreciate. While they initially didn't have a Sunday appointment available, their scheduler called me back right away after a cancellation opened up and squeezed me into the schedule. Saving us another day of discomfort. Our heat pump is an older system, but the technician, Marco, wasn't just focused on selling us a new unit. He has excellent technical knowledge and was willing to diagnose the issue and get the system up and running again for everyone's comfort, not just make a sale. I really appreciate Marco's problem-solving skills and professionalism. In less than a hour, and less than 24hrs from the system going down, he had it back up and confirmed to be cooling again. I will definitely use One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning again and would recommend them to anyone dealing with an HVAC emergency, or HVAC maintenance.
My air conditioner started making a strange noise. After a quick google search, I found One Hour Heating & AC and saw the numerous good reviews. I was able to book an appointment online easily for the following day and was given a four hour window. At the start of the window, I received a call to let me know a technician was on the way. Once Joel arrived, he looked at my unit and quickly resolved the problem. He also did an overall check, and found that a part was about ready to be replaced. He explained the pros and cons to replacing it now, and I ended up following his recommendation to replace it. He quickly fixed it and everything is now working great without the noise. Joel was super friendly and helpful. The company charges a $99 dispatch fee, which is waived if they repair/replace anything and you then pay for that instead. Overall, this was a painless process and was resolved much faster than I could have expected. Thanks!!!
