“I have been using Schneider's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for semiannual system check and tune-up for about 4-5 years through their Comfort Club subscription. They seem to do good work. My recurrent frustration is that they don't call or email me to remind me to set up an appointment so it's up to me to remember to call them to set one up every 6 months even though I've already subscribed and paid for the service. In all this time they may have called once or twice.”
