“James S. is very detailed and hardworking HVAC Technician! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered all our questions and took pictures of our concerns and before and after his job. He was here working late last Wednesday before Thanksgiving but we have to have him do additional work today as he found more damaged ducts that the previous technician missed to address. So we decided to get James S. to do the whole ductwork repair and install. He is young but his work ethic is commendable! He is very courteous as well!

I wish I could remember her name, but the Customer Service rep scheduled me for a same day appointment, explained their process, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. “I don’t know where to start with but trust me everything i am writing from my heart. somebody from a big company had done free HVAC tuneup for us ( due to some services we used from that company so got offer of free tuneup few weeks ago) and told us that there is a crack in heat exchanger and we must not use system from right then as it may be dangerous due to leak of carbon monoxide and shared us a big amount for repairs with pictures of broken heat exchanger . Then after thinking so much i decided to go with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning paid HVAC tuneup service due to their rating in google about HVAC . Next day I got technician Arjay Jackson at my home he did all analysis and didn’t find anything wrong with my heat exchanger but suggested to change capacitor that was almost was drained . I was so surprised and couldn’t believe so then we showed him heat exchanger pictures of previous tuneup done by previous company ( i don’t want mention name but its big) and looking immediately on it Arjay said it’s might be from ac duck not for sure your heat exchanger but when I insisted he checked heat exchanger again with some piped camera and showed me also and it was all in great condition. I was so happy because he saved me not only with money but mental sanity as well that was because of thinking about CO gas if i run heater in winter without repairs. I asked One Hour technician many questions that he answered explaining everything. I am so happy and now know many things about HVAC 😊 thank you so much One Hour and Arjay . I will forever use your services because of trust i gained .”

“Bradley was nice and informative during his AC maintenance visit. UPDATE: so Bradley noticed the new coil frozen and said he scheduled me an appointment with a tech to come in to evaluate and fix the issue. This was replaced about 3 months ago and it’s faulty. He mentioned that it was still under warranty and that a tech will come in and replace it. I have been waiting for this tech and have called but nobody has come out to fix this. I’m guessing because it’s still under warranty then nobody gives a damn. I would appreciate it if you guys are as efficient as you were the first time I had to pay thousands of dollars to you. But I guess now that it’s a free replacement then there’s no urgency towards this issue. I’d appreciate it if someone contacted me about this. Thanks! UPDATE: the manager contacted me the next day and had a technician come in to replace the coil. Thank you for following up! Happy customer 😊”
