From the phone call to the fixed air-conditioning unit, this company was amazing to work with. Gannon is truly a genuine very nice young man. He was on time, huge plus for the older folks my wife & I who was struggling in the heat, huge. Paid attention to all the history of the failing system & what had just recently been done by another AC repair company. He then went straight to troubleshooting, & found multiple things that needed immediate repair, told us his plan to get us back up & cooled off and he began to work his on plan. His attention to details that my wife in particular was appreciated began with our animals in & outside the home, he was watching them making certain inside ones didn’t get out or outside ones getting. He put the attic stairs up when he came down so inside curious kitties didn’t go in the attic. He wore covers over shoes inside after going out. He kept us informed about his progress & findings & let us know what he would be doing next & gave time frames at each of these intervals. He offered different plans for the days work & gave written pricing so we could opt in or out of giving us time to talk it through as we needed in private with a total no pressure, take time, and a relief. He held a maturity level of representation of himself and the company as one of a leader indeed. I am now sitting comfortably in my home at 70 degrees and we couldn’t be happier. If I could, he would be getting a raise today.
My a/c stopped working on a Friday evening. Called and left a message and they called back within a few minutes. Was going to send someone out at 11 pm if I wanted. I chose to make an appointment for the next morning.. communication was great and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Excellent service!
