"Mark did a great job, so the 5 stars are for him. The company, however, gets less than 5 stars. In my opinion, the issue that needed service should never have happened. If the technicians that installed our furnace had used straps on the duct work instead of relying on tape to hold it in place, it would not have fallen. Mark worked with us and made the issue less cumbersome."

"Jacob was phenomenal! He listened to what I had to say about what was going on with our split units and then took the time to examine all of them and give us feedback on what he’d do. He was able to answer all our of questions and explained what the job would look like. We also have three pets and a baby and he was sweet and understanding with all of them. "Have a problem with groundhogs chewing on wire and tearing into ductwork. Jacob and Dane came out and taped it up and screwed some vinyl lattice work to the unit to try to prevent the animals from going behind the unit. They were very helpful.Real nice guys.The day after,the animal either tried to get out or back in and chewed on the wire yet again!I called and they were kind enough to stop by and tape up the wire again.I paid $620.for the first visit but they didn't charge me anything on day two.Have to hire animal control.I appreciate their time and advice and them trying to prevent it from happening.Thanks guys!"
