"The whole team from one hour heating and air-conditioning was amazing! From Gregory, who did our sales consultation to the team who installed our new system the next day, everyone was extremely professional and informative. They were all prompt and polite, always making sure to take the time to answer any questions that we had and Provide us with the education of every single option available to us before moving forward. They went above and beyond multiple times during both the sales consultation and the service called to install the new system. I cannot recommend this company more! We are extremely pleased and so happy to be in a cool house again this summer!"

"Mark L was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and professional, and unlike all of the other HVAC companies we called out, he actually was able to get into our crawl space and advise on how to best proceed. We are very happy with his service, and One Hour Heating has been the only company so far to actually get into our crawl space and fully diagnose our issues (and offer a plan forward). Would highly recommend!"

"I have had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning service my home for the past 9 years and always have been very satisfied with their professionalism and their service. I highly recommend them. My only issue is with their accounting department. They will not communicate with me why my balance due has gone up. They just keep sending me late notices for “something” but I can’t figure out what it is for and apparently they don’t have anyone in their Accounting Department that can explain it or put it into words. So they keep sending me late notices but they wont or are unable to explain the cost difference. Maybe they simply don’t want to be bother with helping a loyal customer(s)!! The difference (from what I can make out) is relatively a minor amount but living on a fixed monthly income, every penny counts. I just want someone to explain what the difference. Maybe management will see this and look into the customer service (or lack of) provided by their Accounting Department. But besides the lack of assistance by their Accounting Department, I like One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!"

He explained what needed to be done and quickly repaired what was necessary to keep our system running smoothly. We are so thankful to Jacob and the rest of the One Hour team."

"Updated 7/30/24...I can't say enough about how pleased I am with your employees Jacob and Dane!They have been to my home 3 times in the past month and a half due to a sudden problem with wild animals chewing on my hvac wires.This company has treated me right throughout this ordeal.I appreciate how kindly I have been treated by these guys.I payed to have new wire and something to protect those wires from my thermostat to the unit so now it is hopefully "animal proof".I feel like I have made 2 new friends.I use this company for all my service needs.Thanks again Jacob and Dane for easing my worries about losing air conditioning during these hot days.Because of their quick responses when I noticed new chew marks, I never lost ac at all.They prevented it.Thanks again!!....//Have a problem with groundhogs chewing on wire and tearing into ductwork. Jacob and Dane came out and taped it up and screwed some vinyl lattice work to the unit to try to prevent the animals from going behind the unit. They were very helpful.Real nice guys.The day after,the animal either tried to get out or back in and chewed on the wire yet again!I called and they were kind enough to stop by and tape up the wire again.I paid $620.for the first visit but they didn't charge me anything on day two.Have to hire animal control.I appreciate their time and advice and them trying to prevent it from happening.Thanks guys!"
