Steve came again to our home, and did another excellent job seeking out the problem....(heater not running) only to find that it had to do with the oil, which was not coming into the furnace....we had oil in the tank. It required someone else to solve that problem. We called our oil co, and got the the name of a Co. who checks and repairs oil tanks, and oil line. Turns out that some sludge apparently clogged the tiny oil line. He blew it out....yea! Oil returned, and heater restored, and hot water returned! All is well! Our 28 year old furnace burnt-out for good. We had a diagnostic appt. By Jason Fox on a Saturday. We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner system.
