John, Bobby and Jackson were out to our home to replace our existing heating and AC with a brand new packaged unit and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. Don was very pleasant and personable both times he came to our house to service and clean our furnace and air conditioning unit. He showed before and after pictures once the work was completed and he explained everything he completed. Don was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain which service took priority and which service had more of a timeframe before it absolutely needed to be completed . We are very satisfied with the work he completed .

After a long week without heat, One Hour heating & air conditioning came through last minute and were able to install a brand new combination unit within a matter of hours. Kenny, Bobby, Coy, and Josh were all professional, kind, and accommodating to all of our requests. Just remember, you sometimes have to pay good money for good service, and it was worth every penny.

We had a complete system replaced today. The young men that worked with us today did a fabulous job. They we respectful and explained everything. They were quick and cleaned up after they were done. This is a great company and a life saver.
