“This company is amazing, our HVAC system stop functioning late Thursday and they were here next day at 8:00 am to fix it. Issue was solved within 24 minutes. We were having people coming overt the weekend and they took away all the stress out of not having a functional AC system functioning to make their stay comfortable. Mike was great, super knowledgeable and attentive to details, he gave recommendations as how to keep things going better for my external cooling unit. “Well, we had one hour Heating And Cooling and air conditioning of Novi. I had called for an estimate. They sent somebody out within several hours of the phone call, which I thought was pretty impressive. The technician came out explained everything while he was still here within 15 minutes I had gotten a written Estimate complete detail of exactly what’s going to happen what parts they’re gonna replace and the total cost. I spoke with Joe. Everything was via text this way. Everything was very clear. No miscommunications on the phone. That’s simple that same night we signed the contract scheduled a service for four days later and here we are Ali came out and the other technician Chan also came out with him And he was the one that did the original survey. I have to say they were spot on they came at the schedule time at 9:30 sharp as discussed they had everything wrapped up installed put in by 3 PM. Took approximately five hours and I believe that’s with a lunch break you gotta have lunch. 😁 I can’t begin to tell you what a pleasant pleasure it was working with two professionals. They got the job done and realistically it was probably a lot less more time than that than what I’m saying probably more like three hours but if you want a quick job, you need to get it done. These are the folks you have to go to Ali was great so is Chan you need to get these guys give them a call and hire them and Ali was the lead tech and he is exceptional knows his business knows his stuff he got in and got it done beautiful work and they put a 4 ton unit in for me very reasonably priced and I’ve been in this industry myself and I’m retired and I’m an old man. I physically can’t do it no more so they didn’t exceptional job. That’s all I’m trying to say I give you two thumbs up five star rating. Go ahead pick up the phone. Don’t hesitate to call one hour. Heating And Cooling but make sure is this one from Heating And Cooling of Novi OK and ask for Ali for your Tech and he will bend over backwards to help you.”
