This 5 stars in this review is strictly for our technician gage. He was professional built good rapport and was informative on everything he was doing. Other then that our experience with this company was absolutely awful. Waited 3 months for our furnace to be fixed after being told initially we would only have to wait 5- 7 days for the part to arrive. We called many times to check on our part and kept getting told we would receive a call back that never came. Thank you to gage and the manager that helped resolve our issue. We are greatful for that much
We lost our heat a few days ago and last night we scheduled an appointment online with them and he was here first thing this morning! Jeff was absolutely amazing!! They send you a picture of the technician before he arrives and I really appreciated that! He was quick and very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong! He got the part and installed it and tadaaa we have heat again!!! He will definitely be who we call from now on!! And it was affordable!!! 🙌 As someone who has worked for a heating and cooling company, this is definitely the best! An amazing experience all around!
I was unfortunately dealt with the need to replace my furnace the night before Thanksgiving. The service person was there from 10:30pm to 1am, I was impressed with his willingness to work this late to discuss our options. He said he could install on Friday so we moved forward. But that wasn’t the most impressive part. Another worker (Brian— I am not sure his role) recognized that they didn’t have the proper equipment and drove multiple hours on Thanksgiving day to make sure we had a furnace in Friday. This was above and beyond expectation. I have a young daughter and was also hosting family, so the quick turn around and install was so appreciated, especially during a holiday in which many companies would not be working. I will definitely use them for any needs in the future.
Jeremy was thorough and very detailed. He was patient and walked us through his process. You can tell her loves his job and passionate about the service he provides. I appreciate his professionalism and wisdom.
