This is a great company with great technicians! Christian was personable, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! He fixed my problem and answered all of my questions. This 5 stars in this review is strictly for our technician gage. He was professional built good rapport and was informative on everything he was doing. Other then that our experience with this company was absolutely awful. Waited 3 months for our furnace to be fixed after being told initially we would only have to wait 5- 7 days for the part to arrive. We called many times to check on our part and kept getting told we would receive a call back that never came. Thank you to gage and the manager that helped resolve our issue. We are greatful for that much

Just had annual AC maintenance check completed. Chase was great. Let me know when he was on the way and arrived on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thorough check revealed couple items to to keep system running well and got that scheduled quickly. Very pleased working with this company. Jeremy was out couple days later and was terrific. Completed the items Chase noted and ensured system is in great shape. I'll continue to trust one hour heating and air.
