“Derrick came out and explained everything to me in an amazing simple way and went over every detail from what I need in a new unit to how to get what I need to fit my budget from a financial standpoint. I was able to get top of the line equipment at a price that made me very happy. Do yourself a favor and at least take an hour and talk with him. 2 month Follow up: Couldn't be more happier with my new unit. I did have a slight problem last night (Friday) that was keeping it from coming on. Called it in and a tech was sent out asap. Inspite of his obvious long hard day he was very professional and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Wish I could remember his name It would be hard to beat Joe East”
