why a ten star its been 15 years or better with one hour i had two units put in since.. plus i had a service contract to service my ac every six month . they gave me a great price on my buying my two new units. but when they had to come and service my units every six month they took there time to do it cleaning the coil ,cleaning the lines and so on because of this it made my units able to last longer for the future use the service personals that came for this were very well train ,friendly and on time for my appointments because of all this i have recommend to my neighbors and they also are as pleased as i have been you deserve this review from this customer of 15 years

Anthony was here on Monday, Feb. 10. I had called with the complaint that the humidity in my house was too high. He did a thorough investigation to see why I had this problem. He told me he found the wire that should have been attached to control the fan was loose. Problem solved and now my house is more comfortable. The whole time Anthony was here, he was courteous and kept me informed as to how he was progressing. Thank you. Anthony and One Hour!
