“Jeffrey, Robert & the whole team provided an excellent experience. Jeffrey was prompt with messages/responses and took time to explain every detail before proceeding with installation. Robert is a true professional, he knows what he’s doing and he’s a very friendly guy to have working inside your home. They worked with a somewhat unique space situation so I didn’t have to choose between installing a mini split or installing a window. They were also very quick, installation of 4 mini splits took just a few days. An electrician was needed for part of the job, but One Hour AC works with a recommended company so I didn’t have to deal with finding one. It made the permitting process quicker. The total price was comparable to local competitors, and I got estimates from a LOT of companies in the Dania area. I believe One Hour to be an experienced, trustworthy company that prioritizes quality. The finished product looks gorgeous, so modern, clean & quiet. I am so happy the outcome and so glad I chose this company. I’m happy to write this review, as I would recommend them to anyone.”

“One Hour Heating & Air came highly recommended to us by neighbors. After the first tech couldn't pinpoint the problem, we spoke with a supervisor Julie, who was wonderful and sent us one of their most experienced tech, Robert Baumann. Robert was incredibly knowledgable with 15+ years of experience and did a very thorough assessment and was able to identify the problem and give us a very fair estimate. He was very impressive to say the least. The company even refunded our assessment fee for having to wait for the second guy to come out 3 days later. Overall, I think this company is fair and honest. We haven't done the repair yet, but we certainly plan on using One Hour Heating and Air when we do proceed with this repair, and hopefully have Robert come back to install the parts.”
