He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to get my furnace running temporarily until the parts to fix correctly came in the next day. He arrived the next day and had the repair finished in under an hour. I really appreciate that you don’t get charged a 2nd dispatch fee when they have to come back and install new parts.
