You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “My thermostat was blank all of a sudden two days ago and checking breaker didn’t work and checked if battery operated and was not so I called One Hour Heating and Cooling to have serviced. Dave came this morning and was very thorough on what my AC unit needed to run again and gave lots of options on what to do to help maintain the unit long term vs bare minimum work to get running today and we found a happy medium in between based on my finances at the moment and aspects he thought were most important. I will likely have them back out again to finish installing the rest of the equipment he mentioned to help protect the unit once able to do so financially and was grateful he was able to work with me and did not feel pressured.
