"At 6:30pm on 95degree day the ac at my 93year old mother in law house stopped working (btw-she had hospice at the house). I spoke with Mike from one hour after repeated calls to another company (who we had a service contract with) who wouldn’t send anyone until Monday at the earliest Jack from One Hour AC came at 8:00pm, made sure the unit was fixed and running correctly The next day Mike called back to check in and Jack the technician made a 2nd stop to double check.
