"Our Fujitsu mini splits were not putting out cold air. Our service technician Joe Paulding was very knowledgeable. He found the issue and was able to quickly resolve it. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was professional and respectful. We will be calling One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating for all of our future needs. We highly recommend them!"

"The One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning tech Hai did a great job for us. We were having an issue with our air handler and he quickly diagnosed that it was a bad capacitor (blower cap). After replacing the air handler came back online. He also inspected the compressor setup outside and found that the hard start unit was non-functional (which was causing some other visible problems so had him replace that as well. Total cost for the work was under $700 which I think was a good value."

"I called and within an hour and a half “Hai” was here to repair our 25 year old furnace. He was fast, efficient, and friendly! He had my furnace repaired within an hour or less! I know my furnace is old, but he never tried to upsell us a new unit, just a quote for the unit like we asked. Highly recommend and will use him again in the future!!"
