Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. “This company is GREAT!! My hot water heater busted this morning and I started calling plumbing companies. This was the first company that could come today! They gave me a time slot of 3:00-6:00 p.m. Evan showed up at my house at 2:00. Super happy about that. After looking over my situation he drove back to Montrose to get the new water heater and Carl to assist in the project. When it was finished, and a beautiful job at that, they cleaned everything up super nice! I was very impressed with both Evan and Carl and the job they did!! “I originally had my AC inspected as it was blowing only warm air. Elijah did a fantastic job explaining to me what was wrong and what my options were.
