Highly suggest. My instance was not easy. I have a dual vent system that is not very common. Logan didn’t pretend to know everything, he troubleshot the instance and came up with a solution. Will absolutely recommend them for jobs in the future.
Noel was extremely professional, polite and informative. He kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend his service to anyone! There aren't too many radiators around anymore but as long as Noel is on board - no worries!
Great job, great timing. When others could not One Hour could. They saved us just before heat wave. Our AC had to be exchanged after being hit by lighting. I used One Hour guys again, like I did when buying my house. They are great, reliable and friendly. Thanks a lot.
The people from this organization are great to work with! Micah came out to put together some quotes for replacing our entire HVAC split system. While he was with me he found a problem with our AC and fixed it on the spot. Amazing Experience with a very personable, professional HVAC expert. He quoted 3 solutions and reviewed all of them with me before he left. He is patient and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as we reviewed the solutions he created. I highly recommend working with Micah and his organization.
Mr Gilmer did a great job analysing my system and quickly repaired the system and showed me all the details. Great quick experience and shared all the details along the way.
During the hot weather of over 100 degrees my AC stopped working, the blower and the system was silent. I called one-hour-air and a pleasant person answered and scheduled me for service later that afternoon. The technician was great, looked things over and promptly ascertained the issue and repaired it. I am back with AC and all is well. One-hour-air followed up the next day to make sure all was ok. I highly recommend one-hour-air to anyone who needs help with their system, they are great. I should add that I have been a happy client for more than 10 years.

Christopher did an incredible job today. We had this unit go out last night and Christopher was here and knocked it out quickly and was very informative about what he was doing for me, and let me know what was necessary vs preventative. Very professional. In the end, I opted to go ahead and do the preventative maintenance done and he took care of it swiftly. He may have saved my dogs lives today! We appreciate him greatly.
The Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. It took him all of 15 minutes because he knew exactly how to proceed with resolving my issue after asking me some questions, I loved that. It’s working and I signed up for a service plan so the initial services charged was waived.
Jordan was awesome!! We just recently bought our first home and 2 months later the AC stopped working during a heat advisory. Jordan arrived an hour before scheduled time and has us cooling off 20 minutes later. He made sure everything was fully operational before he left!! He’s an asset to One Hour Heating and Air!!
