"Once again I had a great experience. I had my air ducts and vents cleaned today. The technicians Cody and Dwayne were excellent. They walked me through the process and answered my questions about future maintenance and other services that I can get from the company. After seeing all the before and after photos of my air ducts, I'm 100% satisfied that my air quality is improved and my energy cost will go down."

"Hello, my name is Marion and I would like to highly recommend to the public for any heating and cooling your home may need to contact Joe, Ollie, and or Fernando, at one hour heating and air conditioning, they're very professional with the installation and when they say they will be at your home at a specific time they're speaking with and in truth I had a furnace installed today on 11-27- 2024 I was told that Fernando would arrive at my home by 9:30 and he was actually 15/20 minutes early. Ollie and Fernando's work is highly impeccable. I rated them with a 5 stat but in truth one hour heating and air conditioning deserves 10 stars. Oh! And their prices are the best out of all the estimates I have gotten One hour heating and air conditioning beat out all the other prices. From here on out one hour heating and air conditioning will always have my loyalty when I'm in need of their service again that is the God's honest truth. He made recommendations for my system. He introduced me to the Christmas Bundle and shared all of the information. He is a very good communicator and allowed me to answer questions. "My heater wasn't working. I called 1 hour heating and within hours Andre was at my house. Andre was respectful and professional, was in and out in no time with my heater running. So an update here, for some reason, after Andre left, my heater stopped working properly so today I had Erick come look at my unit and he tightened down some possibly loose connections, started and restarted my heater and all is well. The service is just excellent and no further charges were made. This is the kind of company you want to do business with."
