"The Technician that was inspecting our Unit was Very nice and Did a Great Job. He was able to find out what the problem Has Been from the start of our visits. He had to get under our home and found out that the return Hose was not connecting to our outside unit. We had been trying to find out why our Heater wouldn't heat up the house in the Cold 40 Degree temperatures."

"100% recommend! With the recent storms and cold fronts our furnace was having a hard time keeping up and then we heard a ‘bang’. Sam came out and found the problem. He also went into the attic and found our Flue Pipe was only single walled which can burst and allow carbon monoxide into the house. This is something our home inspection failed to catch. The level of knowledge was such a peace of mind AND the service fee was only $49. Money well spent! Thank you Sam!"

"We had been without heat for almost two days. After contacting One Hour, the problem was found, a product package presented and found. Hugo and John had the new furnace installed, running and checked out in less than six hours. From initial contact to heat back on less than 12 hours. One Hour saved the day! Special mention goes to Micah Scorsone, who made the original service call. After diagnosing the problem, Micah found the products needed to fix the problem, put the quote together and made it possible for Hugo and John to install the package.
