I am a home watcher for a customer who lives in NY and recently met with a technician of yours from Cincinnati, Zachary Austin. I want you to know how impressive I was with this young man's professionalism and knowledge to get the maintenance done. Comparing his work to the last tech's work, it seemed Mr Austin did more to make sure the system was running efficiently. He talked me through exactly what he was going to do which was not done previously. This young man should be rewarded greatly for his work ethics as well as making a customer feel safe and comfortable. I'm hoping he's asked to remain in Naples VS returning to Ohio so that I can personally use your company and request Mr Austin's services. Bravo to Zachary!
