Our family had 3 properties that were serviced today. Our techs Georgia, Michael and Brandon were all very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. They explained everything that was done and what needed to be done clearly. One Hour was very responsible, professional and had great communications. We have several A/C units. After the first interaction we felt safe trusting our units to their maintenance program. Our home and our 2 daughters homes are all signed up for yearly maintenance. One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating is a company that I am glad that I discovered. They are courteous and prompt with their services. I feel like I have someone taking care of me and looking out for my best interest. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company. Damien was the technician who answers most of my service calls and the one who came yesterday. He was very courteous and was really interested in making sure that my unit was going to work its best! He worked 4 1/2 hours to make sure that the job was done correctly after discovering a problem from the original construction. Talented technician!! You couldn't ask for more polite and efficient people than those who answer calls and set the appointment. After talking to them, you feel like you are "part of the family" and that you will be taken care of! Before the technician arrives, you receive an email with the technician's bio so you know who will be arriving. I'm not sure any other company does that.- Jeanne W. New Orleans, LA

Fantastic company! Mary kept in touch with me regarding my appointment time. The technician, Jason, was great. He was very informative. I had a problem with the unit and he went above and beyond to get my air up and running again. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore anywhere.
