"We woke up to our system not working on the weekend and were frantic to find someone to come out. After several calls to other places One Hour Air scheduled us an appointment and we had someone at the house in under 2 hours, on a Sunday. Josh was amazing! Professional, a wonderful technician, and such a pleasure to talk with. He was able to immediantly diagnose the problem and tell us what we needed to do.
