“Ayo was incredibly professional. He was very respectful and took care of our furnace perfectly. I wish that ONE HOUR meant ONE HOUR. Waiting DAYS without a furnace was awful. Especially when it was below freezing and pipes could have frozen. Customer service was horrendous. Called every day having no heat. Being a part of the COMFORT CLUB means absolutely nothing.
