The technician that came (Ramon) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and fair with his assessment. We are signed up for comfort club and got a free systems check. He took his time and told us everything looked good. Nothing extra was pushed on us to buy, he just showed us some things to consider. Ramon was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Easy to talk to and a pleasure to be around. 5 ⭐
This is the second furnance I purchased from One Hour. I am a repeat customer. I can say they make things right. Jody, Isaac and the rest worked hard for me to make what I wanted happen. I thank them and hope to be nice and cozy this winter!
Our mini split conked out from a power surge, and Nick Salerno did an excellent job -- in 22° weather! -- replacing the circuit board and installing a surge protector. He was polite, efficient and obviously hardy. I highly recommend One-Hour Heating and Air Conditioning
I have been using Schneider's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for semiannual system check and tune-up for about 4-5 years through their Comfort Club subscription. They seem to do good work. My recurrent frustration is that they don't call or email me to remind me to set up an appointment so it's up to me to remember to call them to set one up every 6 months even though I've already subscribed and paid for the service. In all this time they may have called once or twice.
Jordan arrived on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. His work was very efficient, and he explained his work thoroughly to me when finished. Great service!
