Paul came out and explained the package and pricing to me and was able to get me scheduled for a next day install. Jacob and Jaden came the next day and installed all components. Both of them were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I could not have asked for better technicians. I feel that they cared about the job they were completing and wanted me to be both satisfied and happy about my new system. They even made friends with my very inquisitive black cat that wanted their attention. This was an expensive undertaking and I feel like One-Hour Heating & Air understood that and sent me their best. I would definitely recommend them."

They sent someone right away to help me out, very informative, very reasonable on price and great value. Mike Vigliotti and his team were out for install the very next day. They were on time, polite, professional and courteous. They even took the time to show me the new furnace and how it all works. My one install was a bit more difficult as they were switching out a 60 year old furnace that was cemented into the ground. I feel they went above and beyond to complete the job on time and make all necessary adjustments that were needed. They also offer a great membership plan that has many good perks including cleaning and maintenance every year, and responding to any issues you have as quickly as possible- day or night. They also offer so many great guarantees on their services, and warranties on their products- which is so important these days! "I called for a repair to our home boiler system that wasn't producing any heat to the second floor. After several trips in (6 total trips, with two different technicians) for replacement of one of the zone valves, everything is, at last, functioning properly. After the third service fee, the company was willing to send out a repair person without charging us another fee to get it done right. (It did take much persistence on my part to keep calling them to return to get the air out of the lines.) Now, three weeks after the first visit, we finally have heat on the second floor of our home. I am so glad it's finally done! Odumayo was very polite and respectful of our property. He worked diligently to get the work completed."
