They know how to handle problems. I had initial service on 9-2-2026. Technician told me that control panel on AC need to be replaced. After one week and called them to check if they have everything. I was informed that someone will call me same day with an update. It is another 8 days and no response. I wrote bad review on them. On the next day, Manager called me and he was able to convince me to send another technician same day to fix my AC. It was Anastoya Miller. He was very professional. He came with ordered part but did his own inspection. He found that my thermostat was faulty and I don't need to replace control board. He was very professional and even convinced me to sign up for AC maintenance program. The Manager and professional technician convinced me that this company knows how to fix not only AC but also problems with miscommunication. I change my initial bad review to Excellent.
After our initial service, we had another issue with our AC, and Jamal came back out to make sure everything was working properly. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to us in a way we could understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure the job is done right. His professionalism, honesty, and positive attitude made such a great impression on us that we decided to sign up for the company’s membership program because of him. I have used one hour air-conditioning before (two years ago) for a maintenance of the AC unit. When it was starting to go bad this year, I of course call them right away. The system needed to be replaced.Ariano, the service tech, was efficient, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and I bought a new air-conditioning system from them. The next day Duclaude and Jean came right at the scheduled time. They were excellent!! Once again, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, hard-working, and dedicated! I was extremely satisfied with the installation that they did for my air-conditioning, which is working perfectly. Both with Ariano and then with Duclaude and Jean, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and they explained everything all along the way to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend one hour AC and these men!
