Jeffrey, Robert & the whole team provided an excellent experience. Jeffrey was prompt with messages/responses and took time to explain every detail before proceeding with installation. Robert is a true professional, he knows what he’s doing and he’s a very friendly guy to have working inside your home. They worked with a somewhat unique space situation so I didn’t have to choose between installing a mini split or installing a window. They were also very quick, installation of 4 mini splits took just a few days. An electrician was needed for part of the job, but One Hour AC works with a recommended company so I didn’t have to deal with finding one. It made the permitting process quicker. The total price was comparable to local competitors, and I got estimates from a LOT of companies in the Dania area. I believe One Hour to be an experienced, trustworthy company that prioritizes quality. The finished product looks gorgeous, so modern, clean & quiet. I am so happy the outcome and so glad I chose this company. I’m happy to write this review, as I would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say how pleased I am with One Hour Air. My technician arrived exactly on time. Jason was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He is a hard worker and I like that. I was so impressed that I got a service plan to avoid future problems.
Let’s start off with the text. I received that my technician was on the way and how long they’d be. GPS map very cool. Robert is extremely knowledgeable pleasant to speak with. My system has motherboards in it. He went through everything to make sure it was running properly. Found the issue and corrected it. I highly recommend 1 Hour Air. And Robert as your technician.
I have nothing but great things to say about One Hour Cooling and Heating, and especially Robert Baumann. We did a full home remodel that included all new ducting and a new HVAC system, consolidating from two units down to one. From the start, my biggest concern was the front rooms — they sit far from the air handler, and we were removing one of the AC units. Robert walked me through exactly how they’d design dedicated ducting to those rooms to keep them properly cooled year-round, and how the system would hold the whole house at 70 even through the summer heat. Because we’re not far from the ocean, he also made sure we had the proper coatings to protect the equipment. Robert was especially patient with the engineer I’d hired for the remodel plans. At one point the engineer was rude and disrespectful, but Robert stayed completely professional and guided him through the issues anyway. Thanks to Robert’s expertise, we got our permits approved by the city. He and his team also took on my last-minute requests to route all the bathroom, dryer, and kitchen-hood vents to the roof. The result is an incredible AC system and new ducting that keeps every part of the house cold in the summer, while meeting all permit requirements and passing every inspection. Robert is one of One Hour’s best. To the owners: I hope his compensation reflects just how good he is at his job — it should be very high.
