You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “Great great great experience with 1 Hour AC. Started with the women who answered the phones (I had to call 2x which was my fault). Both were extremely pleasant, excellent communicators. I called at 7:30am and my tech, Deangelo, was here before 8:30am. What a very nice, competent young man. Did everything he said he was going to expediently. Didn’t try to hustle me into this or that. Diagnosed the problem, got a quote, fixed the problem and cool air started flowing. I’ve had so many negative experiences trying out different providers, but 1HrAC just knocked it out of the park.
