I have used one hour air-conditioning before (two years ago) for a maintenance of the AC unit. When it was starting to go bad this year, I of course call them right away. The system needed to be replaced.Ariano, the service tech, was efficient, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and I bought a new air-conditioning system from them. The next day Duclaude and Jean came right at the scheduled time. They were excellent!! Once again, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, hard-working, and dedicated! I was extremely satisfied with the installation that they did for my air-conditioning, which is working perfectly. Both with Ariano and then with Duclaude and Jean, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and they explained everything all along the way to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend one hour AC and these men!
