“Absolutely incredible service, I’ve been told by 3 other companies that I need a new A/C. Chance came over and said I have a hard time trying sell you something that you honestly don’t need and it would be a downgrade to my current system. He was honest, fair, and extremely thorough. He actually preformed tests and made his own conclusions rather than trusting what other techs said. I’ve had box stores, mom and pops shops and this experience was by far the best. Not because of the outcome but because of the quality of his service. I asked about their maintenance plan and signed up on the spot. The service that was requested was a quote for a new Furnace and A/C.”

He helped diagnose a problem that had been going on for a really long time that no one else had been able to fix. He provided both short term, small cost solutions; but also talked through a long term plan that, while costly as is the nature of HVAC, will be the most beneficial, functional, and efficient solution for our home. Cory spent a lot of extra time explaining the why behind what was happening and answered all of my questions without making me feel bad for asking.
