Absolutely incredible service, I’ve been told by 3 other companies that I need a new A/C. Chance came over and said I have a hard time trying sell you something that you honestly don’t need and it would be a downgrade to my current system. He was honest, fair, and extremely thorough. He actually preformed tests and made his own conclusions rather than trusting what other techs said. I’ve had box stores, mom and pops shops and this experience was by far the best. Not because of the outcome but because of the quality of his service. I asked about their maintenance plan and signed up on the spot. The service that was requested was a quote for a new Furnace and A/C.

Our technician Chance called before he arrived. We are looking to replace our air conditioner and furnace. He was friendly, answered every single question I had, didn’t pressure me into a sale (which I really appreciated) and was extremely thorough and patient in explaining the replacement options. He even weighed with me the option of keeping our old current system with R22 Freon and trying to extend its life by another year or two. I felt comfortable and totally recommend him.
