The serviceman was excellent and he did what he had to do.  There were other problems, but we were able to fix it.  They also came on time.

Had oil burner installed, just before weather changed for the worse.  Notwithstanding the smooth installation process, Ralph was very helpful in guidance with a multitude of financing options available.  The Office Manager was equally patient in assistance with local authority work clearance.  Highly recommended for their affordability, quality work and standing beside their commitment.

We had an excellent experience with them.  We just had natural gas installed (replacing propane).  They converted the furnace and added a line for a new gas range.  There was a lot to coordinate between this company and Eversource.  They were on time and efficient.  The workmen from Eversource even said they did an excellent job.

Awesome customer service; great total experience.  Called other companies and they said maybe next day or some day next week. We had no heat/hot water and they came in one hour.  Jim, the tech, was awesome.  Would recommend them to anybody.

The utmost professional service for my furnace.  We had water damage and they were extremely helpful, as well as, completed the replacement in a timely manner.  They go far and beyond.  Their work was clean and neat and were meticulous with every task.  Excellent company!!!
