“I was scared to death when a Home Inspector critiqued my HVAC! I knew they were at most 6 years old and I bought the best Trane system out there. My Dunn technician put me at ease. Dunn installed they system. He service the furnace and condenser and gave me a detailed report on the status of my system. False alarm. The Inspector didn’t understand how my system works so he thought it was not working properly. Beware of who you get as a Home Inspector is my advice. My Trane works very efficiently to keep cost or usage down by controlling both humidity and temp tightly. It doesn’t just start blowing if you lower the temp. It is intelligent and finds the best way to get to the temperature you want in the most efficient way. I paid $10,000 for my system and controller. At the time I thought I was getting ripped off but I wanted the best system out there. I am so glad I chose Trane and JT Dunn One Hour Service. The combination is a one-two knock out punch for peace of mind.”
