Our most recent experience was with technician John Gardner, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. John’s respectful approach, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made what turned out to be a fairly lengthy repair much more pleasant. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us confidence that everything was being handled thoroughly and correctly.
We have an 8-year-old AC unit that’s no longer under warranty, which was the first thing John checked. We had been experiencing cooling issues, and he quickly identified a leak in the coil. Since we had kept the unit off before the appointment, the leak detection went smoothly—John was able to see the staining that pinpointed the problem. The repair itself was completed efficiently, and his detailed inspection afterward gave us peace of mind that there were no other visible leaks.
John also took the time to explain all of our options and estimates for both a full system replacement and a coil replacement. He was patient, transparent, and never pushy, which we really appreciated.

“They are the best! One Hour Air Conditioning was recommended to us by the cable installer, who described them as honest; but they are more than that—they are incredibly efficient! John came to visit us, diagnosed several issues with our units, and offered to fix everything at a fair and reasonable price for all parties involved. The diagnosis was made on Christmas Eve, and they came yesterday—John and Daniel installed two new units, replaced the stand and hoses, implemented measures to prevent mold buildup, and even painted the wall area that would be hard to reach once the unit was installed. As I mentioned before, they are the best in town. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you, guys!”
