“Absolutely First Rate. I'm so glad I called one Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The two technicians that showed up literally in an hour, were professional, friendly and most importantly efficient and effective at diagnosing and solving the issue I had. They had it diagnosed very quickly and they had it fixed even faster once they returned with the part. Luckily the part was under warranty so that saved me some dollars but now the new part is under warranty for 2 years parts and labor through this amazing company. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance program which I've been looking to do with a company for some time now. So all in all I am very happy that I called and you should absolutely not hesitate to call them as well. Thanks again sincerely update We just had our biannual tune-up service completed by Mukeya. He was exceptionally professional and polite very punctual and he went through the whole system with me to make sure that everything was working properly he went over a couple of things that could be improved upon and we talked about some things that we may upgrade in the future to improve our air quality. Absolutely recommend this company. 07/03/2026 Just had Johnny out here for issues with our AC looks like a capacitor he recommended installing a hard start kit with a new capacitor to help it run longer with fewer breakdowns in the future and lengthen the life of the components like the compressor.
