Absolutely First Rate. I'm so glad I called one Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The two technicians that showed up literally in an hour, were professional, friendly and most importantly efficient and effective at diagnosing and solving the issue I had. They had it diagnosed very quickly and they had it fixed even faster once they returned with the part. Luckily the part was under warranty so that saved me some dollars but now the new part is under warranty for 2 years parts and labor through this amazing company. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance program which I've been looking to do with a company for some time now. So all in all I am very happy that I called and you should absolutely not hesitate to call them as well. Thanks again sincerely update We just had our biannual tune-up service completed by Mukeya. He was exceptionally professional and polite very punctual and he went through the whole system with me to make sure that everything was working properly he went over a couple of things that could be improved upon and we talked about some things that we may upgrade in the future to improve our air quality. Absolutely fantastic experience so far with One Hour Heating and Air. Absolutely recommend this company.

I called One Hour Heating and Air about my furnace not working. They were able to send a tech out within the hour. After looking over and testing the furnace Dallas was very thorough in explaining the needed repair. He was very polite and professional. The repair was completed quickly. A great experience with this company and technician.

I contacted One hour Heating and Air Conditioning first thing this morning after I discovered that my A/C wasn’t cooling when I came back from a work trip. They had Johnny here right away. He figured out the problem quickly and solved it. He also took the time to explain maintenance and things to watch for. He let me ask questions and was more than kind while walking me through what I wanted to know. I am grateful that they warranty their work and I am calm and reassured moving forward knowing exactly who to call in these emergencies. I had an excellent experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They let me know exactly when the technicians would arrive and sent a tracking link via text so I could follow their location. Johnny and Richard came to my home — polite, respectful, and very professional. They explained every step of what they were doing, reviewed expected measurements versus what they found in my unit, and thoroughly inspected both inside and outside. They even showed and explained the photos they took. Top‑notch, number‑one service. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and specifically request Johnny and Richard. I’ll definitely use them again and wish more companies offered this level of customer service.

Gage and his helper were great! They listened to my explanation of what happened and didn't complain at all!! That's cool because my ex-wife never listened to what I had to say. The guys did great, I opted for the cheaper option (fill and stop-leak), because I am not Elon Musk....Maybe some day, I will have the whole system replaced. IF YOU ARE NOT USING ONE HOUR.....YOU ARE THROWING MONEY AWAY.
