I contacted One hour Heating and Air Conditioning first thing this morning after I discovered that my A/C wasn’t cooling when I came back from a work trip. They had Johnny here right away. He figured out the problem quickly and solved it. He also took the time to explain maintenance and things to watch for. He let me ask questions and was more than kind while walking me through what I wanted to know. I am grateful that they warranty their work and I am calm and reassured moving forward knowing exactly who to call in these emergencies. We are so thrilled with the service we received from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. We called late night because our air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air and they were able to have technicians at our door first thing. They were able to diagnose the issue and fixed it really quickly and was beyond reasonable as far as cost goes. Johnny R. And Mukeya were really friendly and knowledgeable and made great recommendations based off of our needs! They were also so kind to all 4 of our crazy dogs which was incredible. We will definitely be staying with them for any future services!

Johnny R did an amazing job thank you so much for coming out and inspecting my system. He was quick thorough and did not try to rob me. He explained what he was checking for and if there were any issues, in layman's terms, not as if I was an idiot but in language I understood and I appreciate that.
