I had an excellent experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They let me know exactly when the technicians would arrive and sent a tracking link via text so I could follow their location. Johnny and Richard came to my home — polite, respectful, and very professional. They explained every step of what they were doing, reviewed expected measurements versus what they found in my unit, and thoroughly inspected both inside and outside. Gage and his helper were great! They listened to my explanation of what happened and didn't complain at all!! That's cool because my ex-wife never listened to what I had to say. The guys did great, I opted for the cheaper option (fill and stop-leak), because I am not Elon Musk....Maybe some day, I will have the whole system replaced. IF YOU ARE NOT USING ONE HOUR.....YOU ARE THROWING MONEY AWAY.
I had an issue with my air conditioner not cooling, and I called one hour heating and Air conditioning. They sent out a person to diagnose the issue. Then they gave me an estimate on what it would cost to replace the part. When they replaced the part it was the same amount quoted during the diagnostic visit. They're fast they're friendly and they're professional!!! I recommend them to anyone. Five stars.
