Tyler is my go to technician at one hour air. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day and requested him by name. Tyler's schedule freed up and he came to my house the same day I made the appointment. He showed up when he said he would, addressed all of my concerns and was out of my house in no time at all. All of that aside the reason Tyler is the best is because he takes pride in his work and it shows.
He was very knowledgeable about everything that he explain to me. About the different plans of equipment. He went over each plan step by step. He had great customer service skills.
Michael was very professional and made the measurements he needed. He also asked about our heatpump, like when it started using auxiliary heat and when the AC started to not be able to cool the home. He provided a detailed estimate and was very knowledgeable. Michael was a very nice individual. He explained things well and listened to our needs.
