Both professional and friendly! A good combination. The work was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. A great blessing! I would tecommend these two for any cooling, or heating, needs. They were great!!!
Cody came out well before the estimated time. He listened to everything that's been going on. And got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and quickly found what was causing a problem.

Aedin did a great job. He was very personable and had great knowledge of his craft. Also, the appointment was scheduled for 4:00 - 6:00 pm but he got to it at 11:00 am which made our renters very happy and saved us an after hours charge. Very satisfied.
Don was very pleasant and personable both times he came to our house to service and clean our furnace and air conditioning unit. He showed before and after pictures once the work was completed and he explained everything he completed. Don was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain which service took priority and which service had more of a timeframe before it absolutely needed to be completed . We are very satisfied with the work he completed .

I highly recommend this company. We had them service our two gas fireplaces. One needed some minor repairs which they handled without issues. They were also VERY reasonable when it came to cost and their professionalism and customer service was amazing.
